Located in the heart of Wuhan's Yangtze River main axis region, the Greenland Wuhan Harper Riverside is part of the Top Harper Series developed by Greenland. The project is situated in the Wuchang Bin Jiang Business District, an area that spans approximately 134 hectares and is set to house over 30 super high-rise buildings. The district is also home to a variety of public amenities such as parks, art museums, schools, office buildings, and unique businesses.
The Greenland Wuhan Harper Riverside stands out for its use of public building facade style, which lends the structure a sense of magnificence and elegance. The building's exterior is a blend of metal aluminum plates, quality texture covering materials, and glass curtain walls, creating a harmonious dialogue between the building and its environment. The simplistic construction methods employed result in a horizontal texture, extending the viewer's vision through the wide balcony. The detailed material transition in certain areas enhances the visual effect of the facade.
The architects have utilized frame-core tubes to place all structural columns on the outside, eliminating the need for shear walls. This approach has resulted in a free and flexible structure, allowing residents to experience various living patterns. The design also incorporates the concept of sustainable living, considering the relationship between people, architecture, and health. The building is equipped with several smart systems, including a ventilation system and an intelligent express delivery system.
The project occupies a land area of 23,548.85 sqm, with a gross floor area of 108,191.77 sqm. It comprises four super high-rise residential buildings, two of which are 150m high and the other two 180m high. The frame-core tube structure offers residents a variety of experiences and improves the image of the street-facing facade.
The Greenland Wuhan Harper Riverside is more than just a residence; it's a testament to the potential of sustainable, luxury living. The project is a landmark luxury development that harmonizes with the city, adopting a simple and majestic facade that echoes the urban surface of the area and enhances the urban taste. The design introduces an advanced mode of multi-house types, an innovative frame-core tube structure, and the concept of sustainable residence, offering a better and sustainable residence for the public.
Shanghai PTArchitects' Greenland Wuhan Harper Riverside is a shining example of innovative, sustainable design. The project's Silver A' Design Award is a testament to the firm's commitment to creating designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and sustainable. The Greenland Wuhan Harper Riverside is more than a building; it's a statement of what the future of architecture and design could look like.
